The centre of the UNESCO World Heritage town Hallstatt is traffic calmed and the entrance is permitted for residents only.

By train

The railway station "Hallstatt" is located on the eastern shore of Lake Hallstatt.

For each train arrival and departure, a Schifffahrt Hemetsberger ferry provides the crossing and will bring you before the doors of the Heritage Hotel Hallstatt.

Shuttle service

For Airport Shuttle as well as short distances on spot Taxi Godl will give you a ride.
