World-class cuisine: dine in our new renovated hotel restaurant Seeauer to try classic Austrian delicacies with international touch and regional specialties from the Salzkammergut. Our restaurant Seeauer – a place for connoisseurs of good food to meet, be they our international guests or local gourmets from the Salzkammergut.
From light meals to savoury meats and fish dishes to vegetarian cuisine to enchanting desserts and tasty ice cream sundaes in summer, we look forward to serving at your pleasure.
The restaurant Seeauer is more than a place to dine. You can also simply stop by to enjoy a calming pot of Ronnefeldt tea or a tasty cup of Meinl coffee. The restaurant is up early to treat you to delights: the restaurant Seeauer serves a wonderful breakfast buffet. The terrace or indoor area will warmly welcome guests to our house, Hallstatt locals or day trippers from near and far to our hotel restaurant any time of the day. In summer especially, our terrace with its lake view and generous shading is a wonderful place to rest and enjoy. Our restaurant Seeauer seats around ninety people. Our lake-view terrace seats around thirty people.

The restaurant is daily open for you.
From April until October we serve our lunch menu from 12.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and our dinner menu from 5.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Table reservations in the evening can only be made from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. or from 7.30 p.m. until the restaurant closes. Dress code for the evening is “Smart Casual”, closed shoes required. Cover per person € 4,90.
From November until March we are open for you from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. (kitchen from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.).
