The hotel - the 3 buildings of the Heritage.Hotel

 

How many buildings does the Heritage.Hotel have?

The Heritage.Hotel has in total 3 buildings (the main house Kainz with restaurant (breakfast), reception and sauna, Stocker house and Seethaler house). All 3 buildings are located just a few minutes walk from each other and all of them are situated in the center of Hallstatt.

 

How far is the distance from Stocker house and Seethaler house to the main building Kainz house?

Stocker house is approximately 3 walking minutes from Kainz house and Seethaler house is approximately 5 walking minutes from the main building Kainz house away. In case you have respective walking disabilities, please inform us in advance, because our building Stocker house has no elevator.

Extra person/extra bed

 

Starting from which age do you have to pay for an extra person?

Children from the age of 4 have to pay € 18,00 per night, children from the age of 11 have to pay € 42,00 per night and adults have to pay € 84,50 per night including breakfast (without city tax). As soon as an extra person stays overnight (even if you don’t need an extra bed) you will have to pay the charge mentioned avove.

 

How much costs the extra bed?

The extra bed can be used free of charge, just the extra person will be charged.

Check In & Check Out

 

Check In from 3 p.m. to 09.30 p.m.

Check Out from 08.00 a.m. to 11 a.m.

 

In case of an earlier arrival, the luggage can bestored in our luggage storage room. For later arrivals (from 8 p.m.), please inform us, so that we can give you the code of our key safe. Our reception team is at your disposal until 09.30 p.m.

Can I keep my luggage after check out in the hotel?

Yes of course, you can keep the luggage at any time and after check out (till check out day 10 p.m.) in our luggage room.

City tax

 

What is the city tax and how much does it cost?

The city tax is the municipal tax (tax for registration in Hallstatt) that every hotel guest who stays overnight has to pay. Right now the city tax is € 3,00 per night and adult. (Starting to pay with 15 years).

Parking

 

Where can we park the car?

Please park the car at the public parking P1. You will find more information here!

 

How much is the parking?

Parking at the public parking P1 costs € 18,00 per 24 hours (only for hotel guests who stay overnight).

Shuttle bus

 

Does the shuttle bus cost something?

The shuttle bus is free for all hotel guests who park at the P1 car park (valid parking ticket is required) at check-in and check-out. It is available until 7 pm.

 

How often does the shuttle drive to the hotel?

The shuttle is only free for check in and check out. It's available every 30 minutes from 9 am. to 7 pm. Please advise the reception in advance if you need a shuttle bus.

Dogs

 

Are dogs allowed on the shuttle?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the shuttle bus.

 

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome to stay with you in the hotel, but there is a fee of 18.00€ per night (without food). Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant "Seeauer".
